ESL Intermediate (B1-B2) Curriculum Scope & Sequence or Course Pacing Guide

This is my FREE Intermediate (B1-B2 CEFR) curriculum pacing guide or scope and sequence. This follows a general guideline on the order and progression of the pre-intermediate level English language concepts for English language learners of all ages.

A bit about me: I have taught English as a language for over 14 years, using curriculums that align with both CEFR and ELPS (Texas). I am not familar with WIDA.

I have seen books and curriculum that teach these concepts in various ways. I have notes on what you could cut out if time limits exist. As I continue to adapt to my students’ changing needs, I will adapt this as well. It is my goal to have a short 12 week version and a longer 18 week version so that teachers at all levels can adjust as needed.
