ESL Pre-Intermediate (A2) Curriculum Scope and Sequence or Course Pacing Guide

This is my FREE Pre Intermediate (A2 CEFR course) curriculum scope and sequence or pacing guide. This follows a general guideline on the order and progression of the pre-intermediate level English language concepts for secondary and adult English language learners.

A bit about me: I have taught English as a language for over 14 years, using curricula that align with both CEFR and ELPS (Texas). Sorry, I am not familiar with WIDA.

I have seen books and curricula that teach these concepts in various ways. Some teachers prefer to teach the simple future after modals like can & could. All of that is okay. Sometimes, the order is not important. Sometimes, it is.
